Applications will re-open in August 2024

Our Expectations

We want to empower you to take charge of the mentoring relationship. We expect GROW mentees to be proactive in communicating with their mentor and arranging calls. The onus is on the mentee to drive the relationship forward.

Your Expectations

GROW will match you with a mentor in the legal industry based on mutual commonalities, be it law firm ambition, degree background, university or member of the same underrepresented community. Mentors are not there to review applications, but to offer guidance and insights to help you achieve your goals.

GROW mentee tips

We want to empower you as a mentee to take control of the mentoring relationship and shape it to your needs - so here are some tips from Nicole to get you started!

Partner With Us |

We partner with leading law firms and in-house teams to form a specific ‘GROW x Your Organisation’ cohort. This allows us to pair all of your employees at the same time to begin their mentoring journey on the same date.

The cohort option enables your employees to share best practices amongst one another, discuss their mentoring experiences and increase diversity, inclusion and social mobility at your firm.

A partnership enables us to schedule a group virtual introduction (if it’s of interest to your organisation) soon after we pair all the students, enabling the cohort to hear from a member of your team. We’ve found this to be an effective way of extending the mentoring relationship for the diverse students involved.
