Events Coordinator
Our dynamic Events team is expanding - we are looking for a Coordinator to:
Plan and execute a diverse range of events that align with GROW’s mission.
Collaborate with the Events Director to plan a comprehensive events calendar that engages our community.
Manage all logistical aspects of events including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements and attendee accommodations.
Events experience is not necessary, but a proactive approach is required.
Partnerships Coordinator
Our Partnerships team manages our relationship with our private practice and in-house partners. Coordinators will:
Act as a point of contact for our private practice and in-house relationships.
Coordinate and oversee mentoring cohorts, including pairing mentees and mentors.
Facilitate partner-specific opportunities, such as events and workshops.
Engage with prospective partners and sponsors.
Operations Coordinator
Our Operations team coordinates our most important focus - our bespoke mentoring pairings. Coordinators will:
Individually pair mentees with a mentor, by reviewing mentee and mentor profiles for shared interests and backgrounds.
Act as primary point of contact for both legal professionals and prospective mentees.
Support the mentoring relationship onboarding through providing materials and ongoing advice.
Social Media Assistant
Our Social Media team manages our brand, assets and broad social media presence. The Assistant in the team will:
Work closely with our Marketing Director to create engaging and relevant content for our social media platforms.
Help manage our profile to ensure consistent branding and delivery of our message.
Design social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Familiarity with social media and design software is desirable for this role.
